SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited has successfully assisted our client, Ta Yang Group Holdings Limited (Ta Yang, Stock Code: 1991) with public offerings whose shares are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Ta Yang Group Holdings Limited was listed on 8 June 2007. In the listing process, we, together with SHINEWING Risk Services Limited, provided audit, reporting accountant, risk management consultancy and internal controls review services to Ta Yang Group.

Ta Yang is one of the largest silicone rubber manufacturers in the world. They focus on the design and manufacture of silicone rubber input devices, which are mainly used in electronic devices, computers and mobile phones keypads. Their major customers are some of the most well-known brands in the world, such as Casio, Phillips, and Samsung.
