Mr. Zhang Ke, Chairman of SHINEWING, was recently interviewed by one of the most influential Chinese newspapers - China Financial Newspaper, and the editorial was published on 11 May 2007. The interview was about the successful internal management of SHINEWING Certified Public Accountants.
Most employers believe that the development of market share and a strong client network are the most important in the accounting field. Nevertheless, Mr. Zhang has a different view: he realizes that a well-built internal management of a company is the key to survival in a competitive market. His management theory is:
1. Set the target and appropriate strategies to meet the management objectives;
2. Manage under a partnering system;
3. Focus on the development of internal management;
4. Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge; and
5. Ensure employees work in a harmonious environment.
Mr. Zhang has a unique view and strategy of running an accounting business. He believes that the partners should be selected based on a shared belief in the business development, while seniority may not necessarily be the key consideration. As a result, SHINEWING Beijing has employed more than 20 partners and the business is expanding rapidly in just a few years. During the interview, Mr. Zhang also talked about the idea of establishing branches in other locations. Nowadays many accounting offices are solely keen on signing contracts and collecting certain amount of administration fees for developing their branches. But this phenomenon never happens in SHINEWING, because it applies a unification of finance, business and personnel arrangement, which are all assigned by the Beijing head office. And because SHINEWING adheres to its management philosophy, it is able to further consolidate its leading role in the market in China.
