Jicheng Umbrella Holdings Limited (Stock code: 1027) (“Jicheng Umbrella”) and its subsidiaries (the “Jicheng Umbrella Group”) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited today (13 February 2015). Jicheng Umbrella is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of polyolefin elastomers (“POE”) umbrellas and nylon umbrellas.

Background of Jicheng Umbrella Holdings Limited Jicheng Umbrella Group is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of POE umbrellas and nylon umbrellas on export basis to overseas customers such as Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, France and Cambodia. The major customers include overseas and domestic trading companies and end-customers such as supermarkets. The trading companies further sell umbrella products to their customers including convenient stores, department stores, supermarkets, drug stores and shops at train stations.
