Sprocomm Intelligence Limited (Stock code: 1401) (the “Company”) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited today (13 November 2019). It is a mobile phone original design manufacturing supplier based in the Mainland China targeting emerging markets.


SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited is the reporting accountants of this case led by Andy Wong in his audit engagement partner role, Stephen Tsang and Johnson Kwok are audit executives-in-charge and other key audit staff members including Ramsey Lam, Abigale Cheung and Jeff Chan.
