Hysan Healthy Hike and Run 2012 Promotes Healthy Living

Almost 1,000 Hong Kong health enthusiasts took part in the Hysan Healthy Hike and Run at the Tai Lam Country Park on Sunday, 18 March 2012. The family-friendly event, the second year sponsored by Hysan Development Company Limited and organized by Action Asia, aims at promoting a better and healthier lifestyle through exercise – running and hiking. 15 athletes from SHINEWING joined three specific distance categories; 5km, 13km and 21km and successfully completed the whole race.

V League - SHINEWING VS Marine United

Our SHINEWING football Team has joined the “V Football League” which is organized by V.Sport. Our team and the insurance representatives Marine United had given the audience a dramatic match on 24 March 2012.

The experienced Marine United started the game strongly with an early goal. When it looked like they are going to record an easy win by dominating most of the possessions, our SW team came back strongly, scoring 3 goals back including a stunning free kick.

Marine United then continued their domination but the score stayed the same as we adopted an effective counter-attacking play. Drama during midway in the second half, Marine United striker Yu Hang Wai, turned the game around single-handedly by scored three goals within a 5 minutes window, bringing his total number of goals to 4 in the game, and given Marine United a 4-3 victory after a sweating 70 minutes.

V League - SHINEWING VS Citi

Our SHINEWING team was having another exciting match with the bank representatives “Citi” on 31 March 2012. Citi is an experienced team and has recorded their first win of the season, and never looked like losing their touch during the game, though our SHINEWING players have tried the utmost to defend.

A sad news during the game. Our SHINEWING player Henry Tang was badly injured when trying to stop an attack bravely. Henry was immediate transferred to the hospital and received proper treatment.
